- What you'll do- Contribute as a member of Sky’s Lean Agile Centre of Excellence - collaborating with other Agile Coaches across the business to establish networks, guardrails and best practice-
- Lead our Scrum Masters and their engineering teams through analysing current systems and processes, designing strategies to standardise and optimise them-
- Coach engineering teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques and stay within the guardrails our team have set-
- Take accountability for the continuous improvement culture in the team, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility-
- Facilitate learning and development among Agile Practitioners, delivering training on Agile practices as required-
- Coach senior stakeholders to ensure sponsorship and alignment on culture & practices-
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the team-
- Champion the use of standard metrics and other objective measures by engineering teams- What you'll bring- Experience in an Agile practitioner role (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager etc)-
- Experience in practising Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments-
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity-
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Certification as Agile Coach-
- Experience in coaching at large organizations at senior levels- Team overview
