**Location: Penzance (Hybrid Working)**

An exciting opportunity to join the growing Marketing team of one of the UK’s largest currency transfer specialists. The marketing team deliver the marketing requirements of several brands within the group. The company are a market-leading and multi-award-winningprovider of international currency transfer services. They have won several awards and offer a number of benefits and is based within minutes of the beach, transport links and the town Centre.

**Job Role**:
This is a hands-on role and an excellent opportunity to build a paid social strategy from the ground up. The role is based in the company’s Penzance office, easily commutable from Truro and a variety of locations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing the development of the paid social strategy, working with the core social media platforms to deliver on various objectives.
- You will own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified paid social campaigns.
- You will work alongside the General Marketing team to ensure short and long-term targets are met and learnings shared.
- You will support the promotion and adoption of new products and services with creative, engaging paid campaigns.
- You will be responsible for generating leads and brand awareness via paid social channels.
- You will report to the Head of Marketing and manage all aspects of the paid social activity, including planning, development, implementation and reporting.

**Required skills**:

- At least 3 years relevant experience within paid social activity on platforms including Facebook
- Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills
- Experience with budget management for paid media campaigns
- A strong knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Twitter and Linkedin.
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to analyse and draw insights
- Excellent knowledge of excel
