**Role**: People Consultant

**Duration**: Permanent

**Location**: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid)

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of people projects and change initiatives.
- Provide support to key People initiatives for the business to supplement the wider People Team.
- Use business, market and product insight to analyse key themes and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the People Team and from across the organisation to diagnose and deliver solutions to people related business challenges.
- Help support the business understand and implement people policies and processes effectively.
- Measure impact and success to ensure embedding of key initiatives and capture learnings for future solutions.

**What you’ll bring**

**Essential**
- HR Experience - Has experience of consulting on a wide range of HR disciplines and is familiar with all key aspects of HR.
- Project Delivery - Has a proven record of delivering HR initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Stakeholder Expectation Management - Works at an advanced level to identify potential stakeholders, analyse their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and their expectations. Typically works independently and provides guidance.
- Planning and Organising - Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Collaborates - Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

**Desirable**
- Data Collection and Analysis - Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
