**What will you do as HR Officer?**
- To assist with HR Advisory cases within specific areas within the HR service
- To act as a first point of contact for HR queries
- To create, update and maintain computerised records on the HR and Payroll database including input of starters, leavers and employees.
- To be responsible for the administration of the payroll each month
- To undertake grievance hearings as the HR representative by agreement with the HRM and to aim to guide the line managers through the process to satisfactory conclusion
- To administer the company pension scheme for employees.
- To ensure the required headcount is achieved and high quality staff are employed within agreed budgets
- To manage the process with regards to flexible working changes when requests are received by the business

**What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?**
- CIPD Level 5 or higher or alternative experience
- Professional, confidential and efficient HR person required
- Experience in dealing with disciplinary and allround recruitment.
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in a HR role
