My client, a southeast London based social housing provider, seek an experienced HR Business Partner for a 9-month FTC starting asap.

Main Purpose of Role:

- To be responsible for providing a professional and comprehensive HR service to designated directorates
- To provide a “right first time”, seamless, customer focused HR and ER service to managers and staff throughout the complete employee lifecycle
- Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Managers to provide coaching and advice on people related matters and strategies
- To contribute towards the evidence-based planning and decision making through the provision of high quality HR business intelligence and management information.
- Must be CIPD qualified level 5 and above,
- Have experience of working as a HR Business Partner
- Experience of handling high volumes of ER; a range of ER experience including managing and advising managers at all stages of the following; disciplinaries, grievance, and sickness absence cases
- Experience of restructuring, managing change ,
- Working in a unionised environment and working in high paced environment.
- A fast learner, good attention to detail and can use systems, has experience of Excel and works well as part of a team.

Salary £51,783 pro rata (9 months)
