GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly successful, innovative engineering and manufacturing company that specialise in full turnkey production lines through to high level test and inspection systems.

We are recruiting an Electrical Assembler Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

This position is working Monday - Friday, with early finish on a Friday and the opportunity for overtime.
You will be offered a salary up to £40,000 which will be commensurate with experience, plus additional company benefits.

To be considered for this role, previous electrical panel build, machine wiring and assembly supervision is **essential.**

Electrical Assembler Supervisor main duties:

- Panel building, machine wiring, assembly and commissioning on bespoke, electrical equipment
- Supervising your team to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and within time frames
- Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensure all duties are carried out to a high-quality standard in a timely fashion
- All areas of fitting to be carried out, from panel build to machine wiring to commissioning

Electrical Assembler Supervisor desires skills and experience:

- Previous electrical panel build, machine wiring and assembly supervision is **essential**:

- Supervisory experience of a small team is also required
- Would be from an Electrical Fitter/Electrical Engineer background, with mechanical experience adding to a resume
- Problem solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to read Engineering drawings and Solid works
- Must have the ability to work alone and as part of a small team
- Must be able to form and sustain strong working relationships with Project Managers, Design Engineers and be willing to work closely with customers
- Adaptable, willing to partake in site visits for evaluation and commissioning purposes
- Must be able to react and be available for occasional short notice site visits and extended hours
