We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Copywriter to join our vibrant marketing team. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the voice of our brand and crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience. This position is perfect for someone passionate about words, a creative mind, eager to learn, and desires to make a significant contribution to a variety of marketing initiatives & partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Voice Consistency**: Work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team to fully understand, craft and embody the brand voice for each brand, upholding consistency and brand uniqueness across all communication platforms.
- **Research**: Conduct proactive & thorough research on current lifestyle, hospitality & food & drinks industry related trends and topics, contributing to informed, on trend and accurate content creation.
- **Keep Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in copywriting and content marketing to continuously bring fresh perspectives and innovative techniques to the table.
- **Collaboration with Design**: Work closely with the social media and graphic team to ensure copy aligns effectively with visual concepts and designs at all times.
- **SEO Implementation**: Utilise SEO best practices to write copy that maximises online discoverability and engagement for all the brands and activations.
- **Proofreading and Editing**:Carefully review and refine content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and coherence ensuring the highest quality is maintained.
- **Project Management**: Efficiently manage and balance multiple projects, maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.

**Skills required**:

- Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role (min 1-2 years), preferably in hospitality or F&B (not necessary)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of varied content pieces.
- Familiarity and understanding of SEO practices and content management systems.
- Innovative approach to creative communications with strong commercial flair.
- Excellent research and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- A can-do proactive attitude, excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
