**The role will include**:

- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Advertising jobs
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship and generating growth
- Dealing with office maintenance
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

**What you’ll need**:

- Competency to communicate well with customers over the phone and face-to-face
- To manage your own diary
- Desire to progress within a constantly expanding business
- A clear Criminal Record (DBS certificate - obtainable by the company)
- A great telephone manner
- A desire for a career that you can bring your own ideas to
- Driving license or ability to commute to Ashby de la Zouch
- Ability to develop and implement account management plans and expansion strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £4.81-£6.00 per hour
