**Job Description**:
Here at Home Instead Retford and Gainsborough we are always on the lookout for special people from all walks of life to join our amazing team. As a member of our team of Care Professionals, you will promote your Clients independence and assist them to enjoy life to the full, while supporting them to remain in their own home environment by offering companionship, home help and personal care with a difference.

Through the delivery of our industry leading training we are confident we will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to thrive whilst working with us and really see the difference you can make to someone's day.

For those Care Professionals that wish to take their career development that bit further we offer additional training including City and Guilds and even support with NVQ qualification's.

We are looking for Care Professionals to undertake a mixture of hours throughout the week to support and undertake new care packages becoming a regular face for our clients. For those wanting 20+ hours there is an expectation of working a minimum of two evenings within the week (5pm until 10pm) and alternate weekends.

We endeavour to give people a great work life balance so making sure we work to your requirements is a priority for us.

For this role we are offering both zero and guaranteed hours contracts.

**Qualifications**:
A full drivers license with use of own vehicle is preferred for this role - please note that not having access to your own vehicle will limit the number of hours we will be able to offer you if any due to the rural location of our catchment area
