**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Fintech’s, Investment Banks and Hedge Funds**

Since our inception in 2018, we have grown to 24 heads and have massive growth plans to become the market leaders in placing technology personnel into Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Fintech’s. We are expert experienced recruiters with our specialist areas within information technology, trading technology and quant analytics.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Why us?**

- Excellent earning potential, starting salary of £25k, uncapped commission ranging up to 35%, and multiple progression opportunities year 1 (each with a pay rise)
- We currently have 5 teams hiring and are taking an active approach when it comes to diversity and inclusion, making sure our next hires mimic our diverse team
- We offer award winning training, your first year will be largely focused on training you to become a top biller and preparing you for management and being an expert within your recruitment field.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Who are we looking for?**
- Culture is number 1 for us - we care less about what university you went to and more about who you are, your attributes and your personality
- Communication - must be articulate, friendly, personable, and confident, able to speak with a range of different people and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.
- Work experience - whilst this is an entry-level role, you must have some level of experience, whether that be a part time job, internships, or commercial experience, we need to see evidence of hard work.
- Competitive Individual - someone who has excelled in sports, academics, their own businesses or has strong evidence of resilience.
- Intelligent - ideally have a degree at 2:1 or above from a top 40 university or have strong A-levels.
