Recruiting for an Administrator for one of the most recognisable and used companies in the world, working within their offices in Staines. How interesting does it sound to work for a company that every knows of and that provide a valuable service to a numberof other large global companies.
This role would be ideal for someone with fantastic problem-solving skills, excellent with Excel, good people skills and a strong and organised administration.
The position is paying a salary at £24,000 after training, although dependant on experience, they could look at salaries of up to £26,000. Working within brand new and modern offices, along with free local parking, good company benefits and working withina team and company that offers huge progression.
This role is fully office based, within offices in Staines, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
**Responsibilities**
- Processing customer claims
- You will be handling a number of general order queries daily
- Tracking requests
- Generation of daily & weekly KPI reports for customers
- Resolution of customer queries and coming up with solutions
- General administration tasks
- The main focus of each day will be to provide the best customer service and keep up the impeccable customer service ratings the company already has
- Previous customer service or admin experience within an office is essential
- Within this role you'll be working with spreadsheets and systems to track customer info, so strong Excel experience is a must
