**Talent Acquisition Partner - Inside IR35**
**Contract Term: 6 months**
**Contracting Authority: UK Research and Innovation (UKRI)**
**Location: remote with travel to London and Swindon**
**As a Talent Acquisition Partner your main responsibilities will be**:
- Manage and deliver a robust and effective end-to-end resourcing service for all public appointments, so that UKRI has the capability and capacity to deliver its business plans and achieve its strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of Senior and Public Appointments to adapt and deliver an effective and results driven outreach process for all public appointments.
- Deliver a service that operates in line with agreed policies and processes - both across UKRI and DSIT.
- Work closely with the Head of Senior and Public Appointments to support the creation of talent pools from which high calibre, timely appointments can be made.
- Build and manage relationships with senior leaders, reporting on metrics and successes when required.
- Be an advocate for best practice governance through the entire recruitment process, ensuring adherence to the recruitment principles.
- Support across the wider Senior and Public Appointments team on BAU appointments as and when required.
- Collaborate with the wider Senior and Public Appointments team on continuous improvement initiatives - leading on projects when the opportunity arises.
**You’ll have relevant experience in**:
- Ability to work at pace, often with conflicting deadlines.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills at the most senior level.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, manage expectations and delivery to objectives, enabling a high level of customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple workstreams.
- Consistent focus on continuous improvement with a natural curiosity for change and a willingness to try new ways of working to achieve the best results.
- Experience in a variety of resourcing tools and techniques, including selection methodologies.
- Excellent project planning skills.
- Ability to continuously embed UKRI’s ED&I agenda within resourcing service delivery.
- Ability to prioritise effectively to appropriately assure service delivery.
- Extensive management of complex, detailed end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Extensive experience of stakeholder engagement and influencing at a senior level.
- Experience of working with LinkedIn and other resourcing tools.
