**Systems/Project Co-ordinator**

**Due to location, must be a driver**

We are currently seeking a Systems/Project Coordinator for one of our clients with a Head Office just outside of Coventry. The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support for systems, which will include working internally and externally.This is a hybrid role, with 1 or 2 days per week in the office.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide administrative and super user support on all operation systems
- Support the help desk with solving any issues
- Investigate and solve issues within 3 hours of receipt and report issues to third-party suppliers
- Escalate business-critical issues to line manager and system suppliers
- Identify possible solutions to user queries and become a super user
- Support internal and external customers by providing webinars, drop-in sessions, group and 121 training
- Produce reports
- A problem solver with sound judgment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Technical acumen
- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience of supporting users of software/systems
