**The job itself**:
**The outcome of the council’s Total Pay and Reward review means the full-time salary for this position from 1**st** April 2024 will be £26,873 to £27,334. The salary will be pro rata for part time and term time vacancies.**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who has excellent communication and I.T skills, enjoys speaking with the public on the telephone, and possesses a great telephone manner.

This is a challenging and demanding role, and previous telephone contact centre experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

Some flexibility is required to work a rota to support the customer service network.

We are recruiting for 2 roles from this advertisement to work:
position 1 22.5hrs - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
PN044436 - 19.5hrs - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

You should also have good interpersonal skills, work well within a team, and assist residents by providing a high quality and cost-effective service.
