Romans are looking for a new Estate Management Administrator to join us on a permanent basis.

**What can you expect day to day as a Estate Management Administrator?**
- Support the Senior Estates Manager
- Processing invoices
- Raising works orders
- Chasing outstanding works orders
- Dealing with utility companies
- Sending out communications to residents in the blocks
- Maintaining and creating spreadsheets in excel and smart sheet where necessary

**Qualifications**:

- This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
- Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
- Must have ability to work from both home and Head Office in Wokingham.
