You will require a DBS for this position along with previous relevant experience.

**Duties of this role will be as follows**:
To provide portering support including the movement of furniture, deliveries, stores and equipment sometimes between sites.

To provide setups for internal events, external events and exams as required.

To ensure the areas around the building, including the car park and roof areas, are kept clean and clear at all times including litter picking and emptying of bins.

To be responsible for the locking and unlocking of all internal rooms, partitions and areas as required.

To undertake and assist with minor repairs and maintenance work as directed and prioritise work from the Estates Helpdesk system.

To proactively identify any Health & Safety, facilities, maintenance or safeguarding issues and communicate these to the relevant department.

To assist the Client Care & Security team with opening and closing procedures including checking all rooms before closing.

To undertake daily postal and internal courier services for the business and transport deliveries and equipment between sites as required.

To maintain the upkeep of the all company vehicles, refuel and drive as necessary.

To assist with the management of all waste disposal and recycling services
