**Overview**

Reporting to a Digital Content Manager, you will support the delivery of the planning, coordination and execution of all digital content across all UK and IE digital platforms.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.

This is a hybrid role, where you'll be based in our Head Office in Yeovil 3 days a week, working flexibly around the core office hours of 10am-3pm.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of all digital content across all UK & IE digital platforms
- Assist in the management of the content on our homepages ensuring they are fully optimised for conversion rate and revenue at all times
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication of all relevant content plans
- Work closely with the SEO manager and SEO agency to support delivery of all SEO content required in an accurate and timely way
- Proactively work with the Customer Service centre to ensure continuous improvement of all content that drives customers to call with the objective to reducing calls where possible
- Support the Digital Merchandising team with the delivery of their product/category content across all digital platforms prioritising to those that drive the most value
- Manage the uploading of all content related merchandising banners across all UK & IE platforms
- Where relevant, measure, analyse and report regularly on the performance of content and assets and use this insight to make continuous recommendations to improve
- Where relevant, A/B test content to ensure customer experience is maximised
- Action all content changes required in a timely and effective way clearly communicating to all relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to understand future content requirements and the impact these have on our digital channels
- Stay abreast of relevant competitor activity, understanding how others deliver content and use this insight to drive change/improvements where required
- Assist and support the Digital Campaign Manager and Assistant where and when required

**Required skills & experience**
- 1+ years previous work experience
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
- Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environment
- Able to communicate & work effectively with others across own team and wider business
