**About you**
Already with a proven track record in delivering talent development programmes you’ll be passionate about supporting the career development of others and have experience in supporting entry level talent programmes. You will have strong stakeholder management with the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will be able to demonstrate strong focus on continuous improvement and more importantly, coach, advise and support others reach their full potential.

**About our roles**
We have an exciting role available for those passionate about supporting career development for Graduates and Apprentices. You’ll be passionate and demonstrate developing others and join an established team in leading the Skills and Employment agenda. You’ll help develop innovative strategies ensuring that we nurture and develop a strong calibre of Graduates and Apprentices across multiple business areas. Spanning in excess 12 different graduate and 31 apprenticeship programmes, you will be instrumental in the design, delivery and support of graduates, interns and apprenticeships in partnership with business stakeholders and training providers.

**As a Graduate and Apprentice Development Advisor at TfL you will**:

- Design, deliver and support graduate, internship, and apprenticeships programmes in partnership with business stakeholders and third-party providers
- Design and deliver internal / external events which support programme participants development and increase opportunities for interaction with their peers, such as induction events
- Develop university, apprenticeship training providers, educational body and Government department relationships to support the development of participants that fulfil business requirements and comply with Government standards
- Support the development of programme participants by coaching them on their career and development plans, ensure they are on track with programme milestones, designing, developing and implement interventions to improve capability, ensuring placement rotations are managed effectively, and supporting them finding a substantive role on completion of their scheme
- Work with, advise and influence managers to ensure inclusive graduate and apprenticeship development processes are embedded and are in line with industry best practice and apprenticeship legislation
- Co-ordinate an inclusive continuous professional development culture and the accreditation process of development programmes with chartered professional institutes
- Support the performance process of scheme participants by supporting business sponsors to undertake performance discussions

**You must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria**:

- Knowledge of graduate and apprenticeship programmes
- Be a strong communicator and influencer, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of delivering development schemes, preferably in the graduate/apprenticeship area in large and complex organisations
