We are a well-established provider of hardware & software solutions for all your Time & Attendance requirements with over 135 years’ experience in the industry.

We are now expanding our UK operation and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team.

We have opportunities for part-time employees with flexible attendance patterns and the potential to work from home or in the office based in Swindon.

An attractive salary and benefits package is available including 30 days holiday (pro-rata for part-time hours) and up to £28K salary FTE (pro-rata for part-time hours).

As well as basic salary, bonus opportunities linked to performance against Key Performance indicators are also part of the package.

**Previous experience in a telemarketing role is essential with a **minimum requirement of 1 year of telemarketing or telesales for any applicants. Full training on our range of products will be given as part of your onboarding process.

**Working Hours and days **are flexible for part-time applicants with preferred core hours between 9.00am - 3.00pm. Monday - Friday.

**Your main objective** as a telemarketer will be to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team from business contact data. By effectively conveying the value of our Time & Attendance Products, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

Key Activities will include**:

- Cold calling**: Initiating outbound calls to businesses to introduce our company and services, and generate interest.
**- Prospecting and lead generation**: Researching and identifying potential businesses that could benefit from products & services.
**- Providing information**: Clearly and effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of our Time & Attendance Products
**- Appointment setting**: Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our products/services with our sales team.
**- Database management**: Updating and maintaining accurate records of interactions, prospects, and customer information.
**- Collaboration**: Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- **Support **the Sales Team with other forms of marketing outreach/social media marketing/ mailshots and similar campaigns

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year pro-rata

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers over the phone.

**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address concerns
- Record customer information and sales details accurately in the CRM software (Salesforce)
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) or similar tools
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Please note that this position requires working from our office location. Remote work is not available for this role.

We offer competitive compensation and commission structure for successful sales. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role as a Telemarketer.
