**Job purpose**

The aim of this role is to initiate a wide range of wellbeing and social inclusion activities across Guildford and Waverley. Via all mediums, actively encouraging clients to engage. Regularly review all venues, activity leaders and each activity to ensure Oakleaf’s values are maintained.

**Main duties & responsibilities**

**Clients and Wellbeing**

1. Work closely with the Wellbeing Coordinator (online) to ensure the smooth running of the wellbeing department.

2. Develop new and manage existing wellbeing activities across Guildford and Waverley.

3. Identify and book new activity leaders. Support and line manage all new and existing activity leaders.

4. Continually identify new venues, liaising with existing providers and partners, alongside ensuring existing venues are booked and ready for activities.

5. Create and send registers to activity leaders. Ensure registers are maintained efficiently so that accurate data is collected for the organisations KPI’s.

6. Maintain our monthly wellbeing calendar with in-person activities and ensure this is sent to clients before the new month.

7. Review and manage cost of activities monthly to ensure the budget is being used effectively and be able to report on this for organisational KPI’s.

8. Review attendance rates of activities regularly and aim to increase where needed.

9. Report on client achievements by completing quarterly case studies.

10. Conduct Risk Assessments for in-person wellbeing activities and ensure these are reviewed annually.

11. Assist with marketing wellbeing activities and updating them on Oakleaf’s website.

12. Maintain Oakleaf’s database, detailing all communication/actions relating to clients, practitioners and advisors with accuracy and in a timely manner.

13. Undertake Initial Assessments, Recovery Star reviews and Activity Impact Assessments with a range of clients.

14. Work with colleagues to monitor the impact of Oakleaf’s services and ensure the activities are in line with Oakleaf’s mission statement.

15. Liaise with all Oakleaf departments and externally with referring bodies, other support agencies, key workers, carers etc.

**General**

1. Ensure maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, COSHH Regulations, Environmental Health and EC Directives.

2. Operate robust and safe levels of practice in regard to lone working.

3. Perform any other reasonable duties as may be requested by the Chief Executive.

4. A full UK Driving Licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
