The kitchen assistant will provide a clean & hygienic work environment before, during & after food service. Reporting to the Head Chef/F&B Manager, the Kitchen Assistant will provide reasonable support to the kitchen brigade in the preparation of food.

Additionally the Kitchen Assistant will be able to offer support for the casino in manual handling & will have working knowledge of the day to day back of house operation, kitchen production operations & cleaning routine.

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
