We are looking for a Kitchen Assitant to join our wonderful team. The positions are permanent and part-time. Experience in Mexican and Latin American cuisine is preferred, as well as speaking Spanish, however, this is not essential.

Normally hours are 20-25 hours a week (depending on the time of year the working hours increase), the days are variable and we normally finish the day between 9:00-10:00pm. We are based in Chorlton M21 8AZ.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting in the production, preparation and cooking of food.
- Preparing food according to an established specification sheet.
- Setting up and taking down your workspace.
- Ensuring your workspace is fully set up and ready for service.
- Ensuring that quality standards are maintained at all times, from receipt of ingredients to presentation of dishes.
- Work and communicate effectively with the kitchen team and members of the waiter staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
