We are seeking to appoint an Executive Programme Administrator in the Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS).

Executive Education Programmes are designed and delivered for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known organisations. Programmes are highly blended with residential elements taking place all over the world. All team members need an exceptionally high level of customer service and an agile and responsive approach to requests.

The post holder is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of multiple executive education programmes. These will usually be the largest and most complicated programmes where additional and continuous support is required.

Typically, participants are senior executives from blue chip or public sector organisations with important relationships both with the Business School and University of Manchester more widely. As an important point of contact, the post holder needs to be confident communicating with and managing the expectations of people at this level across different cultures.
