Onsite Coordinator

**Company Description**
IPS - a part of Culina group is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known food brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling and co-manufacturing solutions.
We are now recruiting for a **Production** on a full time, permanent basis at our **York**depot.
**Shifts**:Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.00
**Salary**: £21,000-23,000
To ensure the smooth day to day running of the Operations/personnel processes at.York to facilitate the business and to provide accurate reporting and administration of the site.
**Key duties**:
- To act as a main point of contact for all Personnel queries (internally and externally)
- Input all holidays, absence, sickness with Vision in a timely manner
- Run daily payroll and confirm / check hours for agency and IPS staff - raise PO for agency.Provide information on payroll to central team
- Ensure all holiday entitlements/remaining holidays are updated monthly
- Ensure all staff maintenance/info is updated within Vision
- Conduct inductions for all new personnel on site - obtaining appropriate documentation at this point
- Assist in all recruitment and selection process administration
- Assist in all investigations for Shift Managers, liaising closely with the team
- Run all absence reports in timely manner for Shift Managers, support investigations as and when required
- Maintain all HR / Training Files on site - updating, filing, archiving etc.
- Manage and maintain the Nvolve training profiles for the site and facilitate managers training their teams
- Support Operations and Agency Co-Ordinators in staff issues/absences/returns to work
- Update staff departmental headcounts, attendance and other Business KPIs and communicate weekly/ monthly
- Ensure appropriate Alcohol and Drugs testing is carried out in accordance with policy
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives e.g. employee of the month
- Support Operations processes as required.
- Challenge internal behaviours in line with Company Vision/Behaviours
- Coordination and completion of weekly brief.
- Assist with Occupational Health Admin as required
- Manage stationery for the site
- To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post
**Qualifications**
- Experience of working in an Operations / HR environment would be advantageous
- General admin skills are a necessity
- Speed and accuracy of work are key.
- Communication skills are essential
- PC literate with good use of word, excel, and familiar with other use of IT technology
- Understanding of HR process and procedures
