Concierge Security Officer Nights

**Kingdom Services Group** have a great opportunity for a **Concierge** Security Officer** to join the team**, working at a supported living site for the homeless and vulnerable adults in the Croydon area.**

**Where**:Croydon, CR0 area.**

**When**: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

**Salary: £11.95 per hour**

**Hours: On average 47 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off, 13.5 hour Night shifts as per site rotas, 20.00 pm - 09.30 pm.**

**About the role**:

- To act as first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Signing visitors in/out of building
- Ensuring the security of residents and the site is maintained by completing patrols, monitoring CCTV and completing notes as required.
- Completing visual inspections of the property and ensure health and safety requirements and fire procedures are maintained and followed
- To report any out of hours emergency repairs
- Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
- Complete incident reports if required
- Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

**About you**:

- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- A valid **SIA licence**
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- An **enhanced DBS check** will be required to be undertaken for this role
- **Own transport preferred**
