- Report & liaise on a daily basis with the Shift Supervisor, the teams across the site to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the management of a professional service
- Develop a strong staff and client rapport, being available to listen, to assist and to support wherever possible and to react appropriately and promptly to staff concerns
- To ensure that the required service is being delivered to plan each day.
- To operate consistently within Company policy and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Step in to cover the other position to ensure the high standards performance of the site team
- Report & liaise on a daily basis with Shift Supervisor and the colleagues to ensure effective communication of all matters and high standard and professional service
- Control all aspects of access and egress to the buildings/Park
- Log access to the buildings
- Complete internal and external patrols
- Attend to deliveries (receipt and dispatch)
- Complete log books, maintenance and accident books
- Act as a first aider, and as a fire warden
- Assist in all types of evacuations and events on site
- Report security or safety issues to the control room and the shift supervisor
- Write up incidents
- Carry out ID checks
- Carry out searches of areas, bag and persons in accordance with assignment instruction
- Vehicle checking and searching
- Carry out Health and Safety checks
- Respond to alarms and other emergencies

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 60 per week
