**About this Service Advisor role**:

- Being one of the first points of contact for customers in the branch.
- Booking in Vehicle Servicing, MOT tests.
- Convert inbound / outbound calls into bookings in line.
- Oversee the receiving of clients and their vehicles at drop off.
- Conduct vehicle handover in a professional and timely manner.
- Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
- Advising on technical queries/issues.
- Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
- Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
- Family-run feel to your working environment
