**Location**: Manchester M22 (Hybrid working available)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 9am to 5.30pm, 60-minute lunch

**Salary**: Up to £25k + benefits

**Focus of the role**:
This role sits within the accounts payable function of the BCN group, with key focus being to ensure that suppliers are paid punctually and accurately, resolving any invoice queries along the way.

The role includes but is not limited to:

- Matching purchase orders to purchase invoices
- Managing the supplier inbox to resolve queries and other requests
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Expenses payment collation and setup
- Setting up supplier payments aligned to credit terms
- Forecasting supplier payments
- Running accruals and prepayments reports for month end
- Build relationships both internally and with suppliers
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any blockers to invoice processing/payment

**Person, Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience on the rest of the Microsoft package; Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
- Maths & English GCSE’s minimum grade C
- 2 Years minimum experience in an aged payables role
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Results/target focused
