**Responsibilities**:

- Work with students with a range of special educational needs and additional needs.
- Provide one-to-one or small group mentoring support to students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individual learning plans.
- Monitor and track the progress of students and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students with special educational needs and additional needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of a range of special educational needs and additional needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning.
- Relevant qualification in mentoring, counseling or related field.
