Justteachers are actively seeking SEN TA’S to work within an SEMH School based in Preston. As a behaviour support mentor you will be supporting students within an SEMH Primary School that caters for students with behaviour needs needs. The role is to start March 2023.

The post is offered with a daily rate of £69.66-£90.25 per day working 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a lovely SEMH school with excellent facilities and a supportive leadership team.
- Are comfortable working in challenging and sometimes difficult environments
- Are passionate about the development and learning of students with SEMH and _want to make a difference_
- Work well with teachers as part of a professional team, supporting students with SEMH
- Be willing to build relationships with learners and understand what is behind the behaviour
- Be creative, flexible and have an active interest in working with ESBD students
- Able to work as part of a team and support the ethos of a school

Desirable:

- Have experience working in PRU’s, SEMH Schools, Care Homes or Residential Homes

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £61.44-£85.82 per day
