Alchemy Arts Limited is seeking a Creative Admin to manage its social media presence, create engaging social media posts, and edit videos for social media. The role will be part-time for 7 hours a week and will last for 6 weeks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend weekly meetings with the manager to discuss pressing tasks and focus for the week, new projects, events, or other important information that may affect social media strategy.
- Monitor all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for new comments, messages, and notifications, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design and create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including graphics, videos, and animations.
- Use Hootsuite to schedule and publish social media posts across all platforms, ensuring that posts are spaced out evenly throughout the day and week.
- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) to track social media performance, including engagement, reach, and follower growth. Provide regular reports to the Executive Director, and identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software to edit and produce videos for social media, including promotional videos, artist interviews, and event coverage.
- Capable of content creation using DSLR cameras and possess basic photography and videography skills.
- Manage other administrative tasks related to social media, such as budgeting, research, and scheduling. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, designing social media posts, and editing videos for social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Capable of content creation using DSLR cameras and possess basic photography and videography skills.
