**Job Title: Sales Supervisor**

VG Marketing is an up-and-coming marketing and sales agency that has been taking Glasgow by storm. We have continuously grown quarter after quarter, even coming back from the pandemic. Our key is putting our clients and employees first. By doing all of our training and promoting in house, we can guarantee the standards of success our clients have come to expect, even while expanding.

We are looking for assistance in managing this clients' customer acquisition, sales, market research and targeting their key demographics.

Our Sales Supervisor will:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

**Our goal is to find a Sales Supervisor who is looking to continue growing with a company and quickly getting into a higher leadership position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
