We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator.

You will be able to build great relationships with internal stakeholders and have a great opportunity to be involved in all the aspects and channels of our marketing campaigns for our new store openings and refits.

You will have great interpersonal skills, great attention to detail and be able to work on your own or as part of the team.

**Purpose of the role**:
To coordinate and implement the planning and creation of all Iceland point of sale requirements for new format/refit stores.
- Review the Cycle & Phase marketing comms packs in order to influence overall output.
- Understand the business and marketing priorities for each store specific requirements.
- Effective briefing processes to internal teams to aid delivery of cross-channel marketing campaigns for all store formats.
- Deliver consistent pre-launch and post launch marketing messages supported by both brand and value messages with a localised emphasis.
- Manage weekly POS through HH partnership and ensure it is delivered to stores within specified time frames with mínimal snagging.
- Create, brief and deploy digital window poster across all key business messages.
- Work with RMI to check, approve and deploy incremental digital screen activity.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the refit procurement schedule on a weekly basis.
- Highlight, amend and co-ordinate both internal and external teams on key changes to closing and opening dates, ensuring changes are detailed in the master planning document.
- Create and deliver each stores master POS requirements, cross referencing approved merchandising plans for anomalies, enabling stores to open fully compliant on their specified launch date.
- Support in briefing the Studio on all store opening and closing collateral. This includes a range of assets such as flyers, door drop leaflets, flags, posters, external banners, large format print and select digital formats.
- Assist line manager in checking and approving all artwork print proofs for the collateral (named above) before proceeding to print.
- Weekly HH status meeting - manage, record and circulate actions to ensure follow up.
- Manage suppliers on digital content, providing them with a list of requirements, specifications and deadlines.
- Administer purchase orders through SAP and credit requests to ensure robust financial management and reporting.
- Manage process of Legal / Buying sign-off for all activity where necessary
- Investigate and resolve any queries raised from stores and implement solution.
- Ad hoc projects undertaken both for POS and local marketing - (specific detail in individual’s objectives)
- Liaise with Property department to co-ordinate delivery of assets to stores which have temporary restrictions to ensure they continue to trade effectively.
- Support International Marketing department with ad hoc request to enable them to service our overseas franchise stores.

**Technical Skills and experience**:

- Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects.
