Supervisor - Auchtermuchty

We are currently looking to recruit a **Supervisor **to join our **Housing Support Service** based in **Auchtermuchty**. This is a full-time permanent post offering 37 hours per week.

**This role could be for you if**:

- You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes)
- You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment
- You have strong IT and office organisational skills
- You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice
- You have the ability to coach and mentor staff
- You can challenge poor or unsafe practice and champion good practice and person-centred support for the individuals’ using services.
- You have excellent communication skills to relay complex and challenging information
