We are currently recruiting** two Supervisors** to join our Housing Support Service based in **Auchtermuchty & Kelty, Fife.**
These are full time permanent posts offering **37 **hours per week on a rota basis.
**About the role**:
**This role could be for you if**:
- You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes)
- You can be flexible; able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment
- You have strong IT and office organisational skills
- You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice
- You have the ability to coach and mentor staff
- You can challenge poor or unsafe practice and champion good practice and person-centred support for the individuals’ using services.
- You have excellent communication skills to relay complex and challenging information.
**About the services**:
The services support individuals who each have their own complex needs including, but not limited to; impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and congenital rubella syndrome.
Each person supported has their own room within a purpose-built building. Given the complexity of needs, each person has a bespoke support package tailored to their own specific needs. Our loyal team provide support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care allowing each person to achieve their goals and aspirations.
**Auchtermuchty**:
Set within the historic village of Auchtermuchty, the service building benefits from a spacious communal lounge, kitchen area, dining room and a conservatory that can be used for a variety of different activities. To the front of the property is a small car park, and a private front garden which leads to a partially walled back garden with a vegetable patch and which boasts a log cabin/summer house.
**Kelty**:
Set within the village of Kelty, the building benefits from a spacious communal lounge, kitchen area, that can be used for a variety of different activities, the service also has a separate Sensory room.
