About the Role: for Call Centre -Customer Services

Elite Personnel, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking two dynamic individuals to join our client's fast-paced call centre department located at Birmingham Business Park. This temporary role requires immediate availability to cover for illness for a duration of two months.

Key Responsibilities: for Call Centre -Customer Services

Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers.

Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Accurately record and document information from calls.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the department.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a busy call centre or customer service environment is essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and call documentation.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Immediate availability to start work and commit to a two-month assignment.
