As a Recruitment Consultant, you can create your own opportunities to make placements with clients and see your commission rolling in
Some graduate recruiters will make as much as £50k in their first year and hit extra incentive awards along the way (performance bonuses including vouchers, high-performer lunch socials and even holiday incentives)
**Your role as a Recruitment Consultant**
The main aspects of your role will entail;
- Building & maintaining client relationships
- Negotiating the offer for your client if needed so that both parties are happy
