Our client works in a range of sectors, financial services, local government,technology, IT + engineering and Health + social care. So, depending on your interests and aspirations, you will work in different aspects of the business
**The skills required as an Entry-level Recruitetment Consultant**:
- Graduate Education (2:2 or higher) or Sales Experience (6 months or more preferable)
- A natural sales ability or proven experience
- Highly motivated and financially driven
- Fantastic communication skills
- Passion to succeed and excel in their career
- Competitive edge + AMBITIOUS
- Down to earth individuals
**_The role you would have - Entry-level recruitment consultant_**
- Generating new business
- Producing adverts for roles
- Reviewing CV’s
- Maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting/ surpassing targets to earn commission (up to 30%)
