**Position: Inside Sales Representative**

**Location: Airdrie**

**Salary: Up to £20k - £22k per annum + commission**

**Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm ( Hybrid Working Max 3 days in the office)**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative to join our Nespresso Team in **Airdrie.**

You will be responsible for winning new business, hunting potential customers who you should be winning and being part of a successful sales team. Your role will be to actively seeking out new opportunities in the market on a daily basis.

For this role, you will need to demonstrate your communication abilities. You will have a strong personality; a cheeky sense of fun and social skills is a must. You will possess good analytic skills, and ability to quickly build a rapport with our customers.

**As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for**:

- Effectively manage and develop a new customer base in order to exceed set targets.
- To achieve sales in line with sales targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.
- Deliver the best customer experience by minimising customer returns and credits.
- Ensuring all customers within your section of the client data base receive at least one effective sales call per month and that the customer continues to spend with us whilst within our area of responsibility.
- To take and resolve any queries arising within agreed timescales.
- Excellent communicator
- Be able to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have demonstrable customer service experience
- Be able to work to deadlines
