**Options Autism are hiring a Maintenance Person in Barton-upon-Humber**
**Location: Barton School, Barton upon Humber**
**Salary: £21,881.60 per annum**
**Hours: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm plus on call duties as part of a rota)**
**Essential: A full UK Driving Licence and the Right to Work in the UK**

**The Opportunity**
Options Autism, a part of the Outcomes First Group of companies, is recruiting a Maintenance Person for our site in Barton-upon-Humber.
The role will involve the maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment to the highest standards set by Options Autism and by external regulators. The successful applicant would:
- Have previous maintenance experience
- Support in responding to day to day needs and planned maintenance, refurbishment tasks and repairs for the site
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including decorating
- Ensure that buildings and equipment have a neat and tidy appearance at all times and are clear of any possible hazards
- Have an awareness and empathy for those entrusted within our support, carrying out duties being mindful of their needs and personal space
- need to be adaptable and flexible, taking out of hours on-call responsibilities for the service (this is as part of an agreed on-call rota)
- ** Hold a full UK Driving Licence**

Options Barton is a DfE registered school and OFSTED rated pupils’ accommodation offering a purpose-built service specially designed to meet the educational and development needs of the occupants. We provide support to pupils and young people with autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties.
Based in Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire, we are within easy reach of Barton, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Hull and surrounding towns.
