**What is your role?**

**As a Care Supervisor, you will be expected to perform the duties listed below. However, your duties will not be limited to these and may vary.**
- **To ensure personalized care plan and risk assessments are completed within 48 hours of receipt of care packages prior to commencement of care service.**:

- **To arrange and manage care worker changeovers and briefings on all care packages.**:

- **To arrange and carry out home visits including the evaluation, monitoring and review of care worker performance.**:

- **To encourage all Care Givers to maximize their time effectively.**:

- **To troubleshoot any emergency care call cover when required by the Office.**

**What skills are required for this role?**
- **Full driving license**:

- **Experience in providing personal care is preferred but not essential**:

- **Fluent English verbal and written communication**:

- **NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care**:

- **1-year experience in a supervisory role in care essential**
