QA Assistant

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the EU GDP (2013/C 343/01) and EU GMP (2003/94/EC)
- Assisting with all quality matters
- Periodic review of the quality system elements.
- Assisting MHRA inspections, Home Office inspections, and internal inspections
- Planning refresh training on GDP and GMP periodically
- Assist with SOP specific training
- Ensuring investigation and effective management of complaints
- Assisting with self-inspections at predefined intervals and necessary CAPA
- Implementing and maintaining a Quality Risk Management system to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current requirements
- Implement corrective measures and monitoring their progress
- Assisting with proposed change through a formal change management process.
- Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture within the organisation
