- time Credit Controller - Hereford - Flexible working hours - Office based

**- Manage the collection of debt for an allocated amount of Total Produce customers
- Manage customer queries, whilst maintaining positive working relationships
- Investigation of old debt
- Work closely with other Credit Control team members and cover workload where required
- Manage the administration of all new accounts
- Produce weekly/monthly sales ledger reports
- Assist in managing the archiving of the Credit Control Department records

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience of working in a credit control environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT Proficiency - Outlook, Excel, Word packages
- Numerate, with the ability to work accurately and quickly
- Ability to structure workloads effectively
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience of working with direct debit payments is desirable, but not essential

**What you'll get in return**:

- Remuneration: FTE £20-25K dependent upon experience
- Pension: Defined Contribution, after successful probation period, 3% Employer and 5% Employee
- Annual leave: 23 days + bank holidays
- Probation period: 3 months
- Core hours: Monday-Friday 25 hours per week with option for flexibility on start and finish times
