My client is seeking a highly organised, bright, energetic and personable individual for the role of Sales Administrator. You may be at the start of your career with a passion for property, or already have experience in the field.
Sales administrator responsibilities:

- Support the team with the execution of administrative tasks relating to property purchases and sales.
- Liaise with property vendors and partner companies to progress transactions.
- Communicate with customers to arrange surveys, photography and contracts for the sale of their property.
- Update internal CRM systems with property status and compliance documentation.
- Schedule viewing appointments.
Qualifications and Experience:

- A level education with a minimum of a B in GCSE English Language.
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable and confident communicating with customers.
- Experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for a career in property.
