We are looking to recruit a strong **Supervisor** who ideally has experience in hotels and is ready to champion the Balfour Brand at one of our most popular food led sites, **The Windmill, Hollingbourne**.

A stunning venue, with an exceptional Head Chef who produces food famous throughout Kent, The Windmill is vibrant and lively and recently undergone an expansion which will saw an extra 8 boutique bedroom added to the site.

You'll thrive on providing great guest service, with exceptionally high standards. A massive opportunity exists to assist the management team with packages and events.

We are looking for a hospitality enthusiats, with premium dining experience and tons of positive energy to work closely with the Head Chef and management team in achieving rosettes in a cosy and friendly setting.

We currently have 10 fantastic food and drink led sites across London, The Cotswold's and the South East, all serving freshly prepared food every day, local and seasonal where possible with an emphasis on great ingredients and great cooking. We focus our attention on making sure we offer our local communities the very best environment to spend their time in, from food and drink, great beers and wines, exceptional coffee to the very best service we can offer, always with a friendly smile.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
