**Summary of Position**

Under the direction of the management team, the Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day Gravity operations and staff. As part of the management team, the Supervisor will be able to assume the role of “Manager on Duty” as needed managing daily activities to ensure financial, operational and guest service objectives are achieved in line with business targets

**Key Accountabilities**
- Opening and closing the site, while completing the relevant checks;
- Supporting the wider management team in ensuring the daily operations run smoothly by managing a team of Marshalls and ensuring health and safety checks are being adhered to
- To recruit, train and develop an effective Gravity team to ensure that the operation is best placed to exceed guest service standards and profit goals;
- Maintaining the different activity sections on the park and reporting any faults to a senior member of the management team;
- Acting as the Manager on Duty as required by the business; where you will be directly responsible for operation on a day to day basis, ensuring the financial performance and operational standards are monitored, and target performance is maintained.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties
- Effectively communicating to other members of staff what is expected of them in each station within the site
- Delegating tasks to other members of staff to ensure the park is clean at all times and to ensure that all tasks are completed for each shift

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Achieving outstanding scores on the Mystery Customer Report.
- Achieve required peaktime perfect rating
- Compliant Health and Safety record
- Driving sales up by ensuring all staff members are upselling correctly;
- Achieving the Supervisor applicable bonus
