As the Fleet/Parts and Service Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of fleet equipment related tasks primarily within the section.

Ideally you will have worked within an environment handling maintenance bookings, scheduling, breakdowns and general everyday operational queries.
- You will need:
- Good organisational, administration and communication skills
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Control, process, and input all fleet job cards and repair documentation
- Maintaining records of all parts/stock movements within the Fleet Management System
- Reviewing content of repair documents ensuring invoicing is correct
- Processing customer documentation
- Maintaining good customer records utilising our in-house management tool
- Handling general customer enquiries
- Work with supervision of Service Manager
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- A keen interest in fleet and service and the desire to develop skills in this business area
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Must recognize the importance of working as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe working environment
- Problem solving approach to tasks
- Positive approach to understanding the role and wider business
- Raising and recording Purchase Orders, ensuring all are authorised and allocated correctly
- Resolving purchase invoice queries within designated timeframes
- Ensuring compliance documentation and certificates are processed promptly and accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
