Sandford Orchards is the largest independent cider maker in Devon and one of the fastest growing cider brands in the UK.

A great opportunity has arisen for someone with experience in accounts software, preferably Xero to support our Finance team.

You will be working as part of a small team, sometimes independently.

Main responsibilities include:

- Reconcile daily takings.
- Maintain purchase and sales ledger entries.
- Provide Xero reports.
- Assist with Monthly payroll
- Processing Direct Debits
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Ensure all general ledger reconciliations are maintained on a monthly basis
- Review bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts
- Month end payment runs
- Prepare VAT returns, PAYE returns and payments on account

Wage: £10.50 + per hour depending on experience

Hours: Flexible days and hours to suit (school hours can be
accommodated)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
