The Team and Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Delivery of a portfolio of Investigative Data Analytics engagements in the domains of fraud investigation, litigation support, deals, economic crime, and risk.
- Use a combination of data analytics, data science, technology, and presentation skills to deliver insights to our clients.
- Work in conjunction with other DI&D teams to provide data analytics expertise to Cyber, eDiscovery, Information Governance and Digital Forensics projects.
- Develop tools to help clients transform their businesses with analytics.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and recommendations on client engagements.
- Engage daily with client activities, including interactions with clients, internal J.S. Held teams, and other stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of projects and tasks with mínimal supervision and providing engagement updates to clients or team leads on a regular occurrence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics
- Excellent teamworking and consulting skills.
- Excellent technical background with a passion for delivering insights from data.
- The desire to seek out wider responsibilities, take initiative and bring new ideas.
- An aptitude for mapping client challenges to technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong scripting experience in Python and SQL.
- Broader programming experienced desired but not required (e.g., C#, R, JavaScript).
- Experience in business information reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), big data (e.g. Elasticsearch, Hadoop) and DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle) desired but not required.
- Experience in end-to-end analytics solutions involving data collection, cleansing, transformation, modelling and enrichment of structured and unstructured data sets.
