**About the Trust**

GMMH head office is based at Prestwich, Manchester and it is easily accessible via both car and public transport. There is onsite parking and additional visitor car parking (fees will apply). It has an onsite restaurant where staff are eligible for a discount. There is also a café where drinks and light snacks are available.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Providing reception meet and greet and dealing with all incoming calls to the various teams, transferring calls and taking messages as appropriate.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Assisting with day to day basic administrative tasks such as scanning documents onto PARIS record (training to be given if not already familiar with PARIS) and general office duties.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient administrative system for all clinical records and appointments.
- Type confidential correspondence, reports or letters as required.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise their workload.
- Previous receptionist experience.
